Login to see pricesThe RE508X is a universal wired to wireless alarm system sensor converter module. This product supports up to 8 wired zones in the form of burglary sensors such as contacts, motion detectors, and glass breaks. It does not support life safety devices such as smoke, heat or CO detectors. The converter should be mounted more than 5 feet from the receiver it is speaking to. It is always good practice to keep the unit outside of any metal cabinet for obvious RF transmission purposes.
What separates this product from any other wired to wireless converter, is the ability to select varying different RF technologies to convert the wired zones to.
